Paul J. Cordaro, a Member of the firm, joined Campbell & Levine in 2002 who focuses his practice on bankruptcy reorganization and insolvency matters. Paul routinely plays a major role in significant bankruptcy proceedings representing businesses (debtors, creditors, and lenders) in various stages of financial restructurings – from out-of-court workouts to court monitored processes, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and State Court receiverships. Paul also serves as a Court appointed receiver in state court receivership proceedings. Based in Pittsburgh, Paul represents clients in bankruptcy courts throughout the country.
In addition to bankruptcy and insolvency matters, Paul represents numerous businesses on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, real estate transactions, asset and stock transactions, general contractual matters, corporate governance matters, and compliance with various laws and regulations.
