Alexis joined Campbell & Levine in 2025. Alexis represents and advises corporate clients on bankruptcy and other insolvency matters as well as issues arising under Arts. 2, 2A, and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Her practice covers financial services, commercial litigation, distressed investing, lease and loan transactions, and special situations of restructuring and insolvency both in and out of state and federal courts.

Prior to Campbell & Levine, Alexis represented corporate lenders and lessors in and out of court on a nation-wide basis for an international law firm and, before that, clerked for the Honorable Carlota M. Böhm, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Arthur B. Briskman, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Middle District of Florida.
